Our music circle began in January 2026. We come together to practice songs for ceremonial offerings, along with each member’s favorite songs and instruments. In the beginning, everyone was a little nervous, but as we continued meeting, our hearts opened and we became more confident in offering our music with devotion. Recently, we have been given more opportunities to share kirtan outside the temple, and this has brought even more energy and enthusiasm to our practice sessions.

We have been singing bhajans since the early days when the Osaka temple was first established a few years ago. Every first Friday of the month, musicians come together to create an atmosphere of joy, devotion, and community. Everyone is welcome to join us in singing the Holy Names and sharing in the uplifting energy of Kirtan.

The Beach Café is part of a Hindu temple and ashram, offering a peaceful and spiritual setting by the lake. Together, we can leave behind the concerns of daily life and immerse ourselves in the Divine Names and sacred mantras through the tradition of Kirtan.

We meet every Wednesday evening at the homes of various sangha members across Metro Vancouver. Our gatherings begin with the Guru Stotram, followed by a relaxed and joyful session of bhajans that we are currently learning and practicing together.

Vitthala Kirtan Circle is located mainly in Hong Kong, which gathers musicians from Hong Kong, Shen Zhen, Guang Zhou and Fo Shan.

Participants can expect monthly Kirtan concert that deepen their experience in heart-opening vibrations, and being immersive in singing the Divine Names. Traditional Kirtan instruments like harmonium, Mridanga and manjiras will be played by musicians, and sometimes collaborates with other instruments like hand pan and guitar etc.

We hope that grace from Gurudev that allowing us can serve in spreading love broadly through kirtan.
